Eat in - Take Out
Whichever you choose, we will make sure you are satisfied.
Guiseppe's has been known throughout the years for their original sheet pizza. It is served by the slice, half sheet or full sheet. We use a sweet sauce that we make fresh each day. We have over 20 specialty flavors ranging from our White Garlic with Ricotta to our house favorite Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Try them all and let us know which is your favorite
NY Style Pizza is a local favorite. We have that too! Our thin crust round pie is as good as any other around. We'll serve it up plain or load it up with any of our specialty toppings.
House BBQ Wings - If you like chicken wings, this is one you must try! We deep-fry them first, add our tangy house BBQ sauce and then we throw them on the charbroiler to finish them off. The flame makes the sauce even stickier and more delicious. The end result is a not to be missed.
If you like the heat, we also do original Buffalo Hot and Sweet Thai Fire. Can't take the heat? Try Medium, Mild, Honey Mustard or Garlic Parmesan.
Hot or Cold? Large or Small? Those are the easy choices. Our hot subs are the best around! Philly Cheesesteak, Meatball Parmesan and Chicken Spiedie are the top sellers. We do a City Chicken sub that is a local crowd pleaser and don't miss our Cheeseburger Philly!.
In case you didn't know, we have a Butcher Shop on-site. Our meats are cut fresh each day guaranteeing you the freshest Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef and Pastrami around. You won't find that at the chain sandwich shops!
Jesse Dutcher and family continue the traditions of the Chenango Bridge Red & White Grocery, Deli, Catering and Guiseppe’s Pizza. Many of the same staff from Gary and JoAnne’s days are still here. We use the same recipes and ingredients our customers are accustomed to but Jesse adds a personal touch to everything we do. Stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
John and Mary Klenovic opened the doors to the Chenango Bridge Red & White Grocery in the spring of 1957. The construction of the brand new Chenango Valley High School was nearly complete. The Chenango Commons Golf Course was a football field and a little league diamond situated on the banks of the Chenango River.
Gary Klenovic took over the family business in the 1970’s and his wife JoAnne joined him in 1979 and they opened Guiseppe’s Pizza in the basement of the building.
The local demand for their store-made food and italian specialties from Guiseppe’s made it a logical choice to open Red & White Catering in 2004.
Gary passed away in the spring of 2016. JoAnne hand picked Jesse Dutcher as successor. Jesse graduated from the Paul Smith Culinary Institute just as Gary had many years earlier. Jesse has over twenty years of kitchen and food management experience. He held positions of Head Chef and General Manager of The McKinley.
